Our history

Hotel Fiera Rho was built from an old farm building called “cascina dell’aquila” (eagle farmstead) that dates back to 1728 as can be seen from the original date engraved in the main gate. The hotel was opened by Bruno Aliberti in 1987 after major renovation work to turn the famous farmstead into a hotel. With the opening of the new FieraMilano exhibition ground, the commitment and passion put into managing the family-run hotel was soon rewarded: the number of guests at Hotel Fiera Rho continued to grow. Over time the hotel expanded and it now has 134 rooms plus 6 studio and two-room apartments, all with en suite bathroom, hair dryer, A/C, direct dial telephone, plasma TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi connection.

A free video-controlled car park has been built around the fountain with spaces also for coaches and/or trucks. Our guests particularly appreciate the shuttle bus service for the exhibition ground (2 mini-buses at opening and closing times) that offer an efficient and rapid journey, avoiding the traffic and the cost of parking at the exhibition ground. We welcome our guests 24/7 at the original reception built around a spruce tree, illuminated by glass decals that represent the history of the cinema, with 1 meeting room that can accommodate 60 people and a cosier one with wood-burning fireplace that can accommodate 10 people.

A rich breakfast buffet is served in the dining room every day from 7 o’clock in the morning. Above the reception there is a lovely terrace with a bar where you can enjoy a drink in the open air. Our restaurant serves traditional Lombard specialities.

Surrounding the hotel there is a pine forest with a swimming pool, open in the summer months, where you can relax after a day of work and enjoy the sense of peace and tranquillity immersed in parkland.

Hotel Fiera Rho, given the presence of the owners in its management, pays special attention to welcoming guests and the staff is committed to creating a cordial climate which, albeit with utmost professionalism, makes guests feel a little less like a client and a little more like a member of the family.
